The sensor train allows drilling to be monitored in real time, the sensors involved are depth gauge, pumping speed, pressure in the stand pipe, RPM and torque in the top drive, level of mud dams, weight on bit, flow rate, drilling mud temperature, conductivity, that together these sensors will indicate the general behavior of all the actors of the general dynamics of the drilling floor and its peripheral attachments.
Sensor data acquisition is carried out by means of transpolation of digital or analog pulses depending on the type of installed sensors, which will be converted to data by means of electronic cards that will provide the necessary data so that the software algorithm generates the graphs so that their interpretation is intuitively more accessible to the user.
The interpretation of parameters depends on the expertis of the engineer in charge, because the integration and interpretation of the data acquired from ESP, Hydrocarbon Log and rheological data of the drilling fluids will generate the interpretation criteria that will not only give support and feedback to the hydrocarbon register but will allow the information to be subjected to a prediction of future events during the development of drilling. Additionally, said data, in conjunction with the Leak off data, may produce interpretations with greater precision regarding the fracture gradient, enriching the criteria regarding the operative window. The most prominent benefit lies in promoting safety and prudent decision-making during drilling that will result in less waste.
